Re: Radiator replacement
It's only about 1k to change to a brand new radiator. Why would you want to look for a used one? People change radiator only when there is a problem so you won't find any good condition one that is much cheaper than a brand new one. Wouldn't there be some warning when...
Re: Anti-roll bar for f10 535i
Or you can buy my like new bilstein b6 shocks which would remove a lot of body roll and stay flat when cornering. But it stiffens up the ride a bit.
Re: WTS: Bilstein B6 sports shocks for f10
Too stiff for me as I came from a E66 so more for comfort. B6 by specs can be used for mildly lowered rides. Using B4 now and it works fine for my H&Rs.
I have a set of like new b6 shocks for sale. Set is at Top93. Used for less than 500km. Bought last month and now back on stock shocks with lowered springs as it is a bit too stiff for me. Checked with Eng Soon today and they said it is no longer in stock with a 6 month wait. It's as good as new...
Re: Wtb: Eibach/ACS springs for F10
Thread closed. Going to revert to stock and would have a like new H&r springs and bilstein b6 up for sale very soon. Thanks.
Re: Wtb: Eibach/ACS springs for F10
Yes I checked. It's ridiculous so hoping for any used ones and hence also considering eibach. Best case if someone willing to swap.
Re: WTT-F10 H&R Springs/Bilstein B6 for M Sports shocks/springs
It's about 1.5 fingers rear and 1 3/4 fingers in the front. This was taken right after installation.
Re: WTT-F10 H&R Springs/Bilstein B6 for M Sports shocks/springs
Yes. B6 was about 11xx and springs were about 500. The remaining parts were $4xx. I hope I get to use some of those parts when the coil overs are installed.
Re: WTT-F10 H&R Springs/Bilstein B6 for M Sports shocks/springs
I think eibach probably won't make much of a difference so kw street comfort if anyone wants to swap. Plus top up from me. Lol
By the way does anyone know if any of the suspension components around the shocks and struts need to...
Re: WTT-F10 H&R Springs/Bilstein B6 for M Sports shocks/springs
I believe eibach should be softer. Read some comprehensive review on both springs and H&R is better for handling, lowers the front a bit more to make the drop more even, but slightly stiffer. Can't have best of both worlds so...
Just installed H&R sport springs and bilstein B6 shocks on my F10. Handles great but find it a little stiff (but at least doesn't float like stock setup) and would consider swapping with a relatively new BMW M Sports (lower by 10mm) springs with matching shocks. Overall lowered by 1".
Will...
