Has to be creative combo of 2 or 3 loans into a package, otherwise make no sense that the rules can be breached.

say buyer alr paid 90k cash, takes 90k loan.

With the new housing loan curbs (40% LTV for 2nd property) and car loan curbs (50% loan) what Singapore garhmen is indirectly saying to us, the peasants, is that no money, dun buy.

Soon, only those with a Pekingese accent that go around buying Sentosa Cove bungalows with bags full of $$$$ can afford to buy anything in Singapore.
