18"x8.5 on e46 318i?

hi guys, need some help on whether 18".8.5 wif a offset of 35mm can fit on a e46 318i. what size or kinda tyres are recommanded.

i'm still using stock suspensions but if i get the rims i'll be changing to FSD+eibach setup.

any problem wif rubbin while over humps and bumps? need to roll fenders?

i'm not very familiar wif the offsets and tyres, need u gurus to help mi out coz thinking of getting this

jamers, they are the exact same rims i have on my car, they fit!!

i think the regular tyre size is 225/45/18?? not sure, i will look at mine in a sec

thnks phil.. heard u're thinkin of offloading urs? gotta ask juzz4cars if it will clear if i get koni+eibach setup installed though.. bro sszone mentioned it might no clear if car being lowered...

clear what? fenders you mean? just roll them, no big deal really. Did you see subzeros car how low that was on 19's?

ok, just went downstairs and checked mine, yep i reckon they will rub if no fender roll.

Hi Jamers

I have the exact setup on my e46. The rims are 18x8.5 with 36 offset. The correct tyre size should be 225x18x40. No problem at all with turnings. This set up will keep your speedometer closest to the original stock setup. 8 inch wide rim would be perfect actually. With a 8.5 inch wide rim, japanese tyres may not look nice on the rims. Do consider continental tyres.
