1x is brand new
3x is used. Original color is bronze sprayed to matt black. Some wearing of the paint at the inner lip due to change of tyres.

Comes with Volks cap and valves.

Yes it can, but maybe you might wanna put 15mm spacers at back to flush with the wheel arch.
