So what r the terms n conditions? I guess it's a gimmick again like c&c. Take high loan high interest then discount off from list price n say it's 191k.

Yes, for 320i, you must take 100% loan at 2.88% interest rate. It is 1% more than the normal interest rate.

Not sure if there is penalty for early settlement?

Wah...2.88 adds up to about the same usual price I guess.
Def will have early settlement fee, previously I asked they said min 2 years before settling full amount

The list price used to be about $219... Today I called them they said list price reduced by $10k, about $209K

Seems like dealers is still thinking the economy is doing well and driver can pay...fat hope most economist reported negative grow for this quarter if this goes on technical recession (2Qtr of neg. grow) will come and they stock is left to collect dust...when that happens SE will be begging to buy...and is car buyer call again...and goodbye to the arrogant SE. So hang on there...

i guess if one calc the OMV + that 80K COE + new model margins...it shouldnt b tat diff to see wat the deal is.
end of the day, they are jus offering options for buyers. there r buyers who "appreciates" that rebate to get their dream car.

Yes same kind of screen, 2L turbo, 184bhp, 8 speed. No fancy features like soft touch closing doors, kick open boot & park assist.
