1M owners - what exhaust are you on?

Akrapovic is a popular choice but the full system is not LTA approved, right? What other brands do you fellas recommend?

I had an Eisenmann Race muffler on my E46 and it was so good

Just ordered Meisterschaft midpipes and exhaust.
Should be here in a week or so...

This I am waiting to hear, heard lots of good reviews on this, and saw the video as well. This is good stuff.

The Meisterschafts arrived Tuesday night and I got them installed yesterday.
Here's a quick review.

Great workmanship/welds.
Bloody loud!!! ( my personal opinion, I am on the non- reasonated mid pipes )
Car feels more liberated/free flowing.

At the moment, I am trying to see if I can live with the noise...

Thanks! Can only imagine the noise it makes on the M3 as on my car it is already quite ridiculous,especially the cold starts.

Plus there won't be any inspection for 1Ms until 2014!

true, but hearsay TP or ROV might just stop you and then proceed with fined, no need wait till inspection........
