Ever since collecting my ride in end Mar this yr, my servicing only due in more than 6mths and AAApprox 14,000km. Is this a norn? My previous wrx usually go for oil change at approx. 7,000km .

Normal drive ard 3-4krpm... but free servicing from Munich tbey will not early for early servicing
That day i misunderstood the "prompt' and went dwn at 10000km, then got rejected, wasted 1/2 day leave.....

Sometime I wonder how if using LL04 EO can tahan so long ? LL01 EO maybe can. Especially when running at mid-end often.

Well, if u insist, MA will not stop you even if service every 2,500km
It should be at every 12,000km. I easy going driver so service at every 10,000km. If not high reving everyday every minute of drive, you can stick to the recommendation.angcheekeong;1039735 said:

Honestly, I struggled to understand this logic prescribed by ///M technicians in BMW HQ Germany....
but seems like the local technicians all follow whatever that is prescribed religiously.....
Porsches from Stuttgart auto also similar leh.... 15,000km or 1 year whichever comes first.....
but at least the service reps at Stuttgart will schedule car owners to bring their cars in for an annual oil change.
@MA.... they see the odometer.... so if the car happens to be a low mileage clocker.... eg 2 years...15k km.... then your car only come in for oil change every 2 years??? mad....:screwedu::screwedu::screwedu:

Exactly, last month i called, gave them my mileage as 8000km. Took half day leave went down, they checked my odomeyer and replied ur servicing still not yet due. No choice got to drive off.
Nw im still left with 1000km to go which is approx 2 weeks time
