2008 BMW 325 m sport convertible

Hi All .. need some advise. Looking to buy a 08 convertible 325 m sport. Noticed that the engine is 2996 cc with 214hp vs a non m- sport 325 2497cc .. also 214hp.

Pls help advise if my understanding is correct. More IMPORTANTLY.. any common problem with this car model?

Gearbox issue ? Overheat? Oil leak?

No bro.. didn't get the convertible as it was sold. F10 is nice .. but I was thinking of E60 (budget constraint)
