Compression tight tops may cause lesser abrasion to your nipples compared to free singlets during SCB runs. Just apply vaseline to your nipples before run.

SCB runs start at 530pm (assuming yours is the 42km) so that timeslot should be cooling enough. By 8pm, it will be somehow hot but you will probably be too shaacked to notice if your compression top makes a difference. But it should make a difference because you will be very sweaty and the compression top sticks to your skin and avoid fluffing around. It feels cool too if a breeze comes by.

Personally I prefer Zoot for running and 2XU wetsuit for triathlons because they feel better in water. But both brands do not offer enough support for the groin pad causing uncomfy balls during bike leg.

I don't wear compression top for running as i feel uncomfortable. I usually wear it the day after my weight training for muscle recovery. To avoid nipple chafing, i usually wear loose loose T + body butter.

For marathons, I did. Somehow I feel more supported when running. But when you perspire so much and your undies is so wet, it is a sick feeling. So up to you.

For tri, I don't. I don't like to swim with undies.
