316,

BMW's are generally heavy and on top of that, having a 1.6 l engine does not help either. Unless you're ready for some serious modding like forced induction or engine transplant, you may find it worth your while to just buy a new and faster car...

Bro,

I must say u r getting more creative these days huh !!!! more and more cartoon coming up in your post !!

Sibei eng man hahahaha !!!!!!!

Anyway, there is E46 316Ti also la but it's a 1.8L engine....

As for the 316Ti question....

I dunno what kind of expectation u looking at but generally, the 316i is not a tarmac burner so i supposed u won't hear tyre screeching when u pull off...

But u can try things like changing to iridium spark plugs and gap it to 0.7mm, changing to thinner oil (0W40) if u r using 50 grade, check tyre pressure, using 98RON petrol etc. to perk up the performance a little...

e46 sedan also got 316 but i dont think any came to singapore. it's a m43 derived 1.6 or 1.8, making about 100bhp i think.

the newer version of 316, after the facelift and compact introduction, is a 1.8L valvetronic. making 115bhp.

Hey bros here... regarding the problem face by this 316, will the change of pulley help? Or this there any pulley kit for his car like what we use?

With a manual gear box, some improvement is noticeable. I also try removing spare tire and anything deemed unneccesary to reduce the weight. Exhaust with freer flow, cone filter, lighter rims would also help.
