If agent is giving 6 COE biddings and/or Open CAT if all failed.
During the 1st bidding it was unsuccessful. And they offer me an Open CAT COE ( lower value)
can I reject it and ask to wait for the next bidding result?
Or can they force me to accept it?

If you reject, means after 6 bidding deal is off!
You will need to buy again at whatever current price.

you mean now PML does not gurantee COEs in 1 bid??? it was like this since a long time ago for the BMWs i bought...
