Maybe that's why it's called steptronic.

That is a kick down with WOT ....... one of many's favorite feature ......

Sometimes my car behaved the other way round. Whenever I slam on the gas pedal, it downshifts. After that when I step softer, the transmission upshifts. Maybe I should send my car into your workshop for a health check?

That is a kick down with WOT ....... one of many's favorite feature ......

E90's N46 engine is fuel injection so no carburetor, no throttle plate for Wide Open Throttle (WOT)..........pedal to metal you meant?

As long as it clicks at the bottom of the pedal .... WOT or not .... It's good enough for me ......
