Re: 325CiA

hi there im new here so cant start a new thread i guess... this is my first time getting a bmw and i was quoted $182,800 for a new PI 325 cabriolet but later on managed to cut the price down to $178,800. Ive checked with several PIs and they're normally offering at least $180,000 (firm) for the same model. As Ive very little experience in cars and prices etc, Im wondering if the price of the 325 convertible is reasonable? (COE incl) immediate collection....
the new 325ciA with agent is ard $215,000 so meaning the PI model is almost 40k cheaper.....

Re: 325CiA

Hey,

Cant really comment whether is it fake or not. Get them to show you the servicing log to know if it is real. I did that when I spotted a Dec04 325 Cab with mileage 20,000km. The latter did indicate it last servicing done was indeed done at PML during 18000km!

Wondering if there is a way to fake lso ow mileage? 16000km which means not even due for 20000km servicing for 4+ years!

i always thought mileage on BMWs harder to fake. But i'm sure it's possible. but as was suggested, svc log is good way to check.

maybe the owner serviced it on shorter intervals in between? the ad mentioned full PML svcing history. one of my cars is clocking same mileage rate as the cab, and i plan to do oil servicing once a year, minimum.

Re: 325CiA

its possible my wifes car has mileage of 23000km and it a nov 2003. hardly used.

Re: 325CiA

I think if dealers were to amend the mileage, they will do it cars will reasonably good interior.....

Re: 325CiA

bro all cars can have mileage docked. best way is to go to performance and see when was the last time it was serviced. also if there is a good history of service it should be there. finally u can get it checked out at the garages, they can tell looking at the cooling system, brake pads, bushings etc to see if it is seriously clocked.
