330 / brembo kit fitting??

In the midst of procuring either one of the brake system that is currently on 330:

1) 330 brake calliper, rotor, carrier, or
2) 15" brembo set - 4 pot calliper, 355mm rotor, carrier tat fits 330

Questions:

A) Would the above fit 320 sedan?

B) If not, what are the items that need to be modified? Heard it is only the carriers that need to be modified.

C) Who can perform the modification and brake conversion? What is the cost?

Kindly advise

1AB. Only the front, no problem. But all 330 carrier, calipers, rotors to be used and pads. yes it will fit. Rear 330 brake need to modifiy rotors for hand brakes applcations.

1C) BVO. Call for pricing.

2ab) will fit provided you have the330 bracket.

2C) BVO, call for pricing.

thanks for your responses.

One more question ... is there any major difference between 320, 325, 328 with 330 brake set? Differences in the pot, size, etc ... What about M3 stock brake?

For discussion purposes, let's clarify that the above refers to E46 models.

320 , 323, 325 use the same brake pads. Can't remember the 328.
Rotor sizes wise however, differ slightly I believe esp the 320 vs the rest.
The number of piston is just ONE for all including M3!

M3 stock brakes ( European specs ) are vastly different from the non-M
1. Cross-drilled rotors and floating
2. A much bigger piston size despite being single only
3. Different pad sizes n rotors. If I aint mistaken, the rear pads share the same part numbers as the 330 but the front ones are different ( harder compound in the M3 pads )

IMO, it's pointless to change 330 brakes to M3 brakes. Waste of money!
However, if u think u are going to do more regular track days, then all you need to do is to buy a set of front big brake kit ( 4 or 6 pistons ) and run the front pads with semi or full race pads. I wouldn't recommend using street pads (on BBK) for cars which are over 250bhp and/or weigh about 1.5 tonnes n above. Believe it or not, brake fading can occur!

Alternatively, stick to your 330 brakes and buy a set of front competition pads and you are good to go for some hot laps. But Do Not use the competition pads for street driving.

Cheers
