Eisenmann makes quad tip exhausts...

However i believe to install proper quad tip exhausts on regular e46's(sedan and coupe), with proper meaning ala M3, you will need to cut into your spare tire well.

Can double check with Eisenhaus. They sell Eisenmann exhausts.

Theres also another company that i saw on a guys car in Malaysia but i never heard of or seen anything from the company before.

He said it was Jetex Fortrex Exhaust or something like that..
