for a starter when all else failed you have to go down and bang table with some of these guys! if no response get the next level and up. Tell them you want to speak to Simon Rocks about their shitty service! Your parts will arrive next day! Guarranteed!

Works for me all these while and i don't have to yell at them these days! All nicely taken care of throughout the 3 years i have with the e60...

I believe in building relationship with CSA.. you take care of them they will do vice versa and amazingly sometimes they bend over backwards for you. There are certain CSAs you will want to avoid at all time at Alexandra. I have recommended my CSA to a few bimmer friends and all of them told he is the best!

Sometimess excellent CSAs can do a bad job too. My car went in and out of PML for 2 months already. Fitted my ICE recently and they attempted to blame the fault on the ICE!!!!!! They very well knew the problem occured before I fitted my ICE! Got me so mad that I had to notify Simon. Still they could not solve the problem. Maybe they already tried their best. Apparently, their best is not good enough.

Just sent in my ride again, looks like its going to be in there for another week or so. Every part that they suspected is faulty, it'll take a week or for the spare parts to arrive. If they make a wrong guess, they'll have to order another part... no spare parts again... so wait again.... Hope I get to drive my car again before 2006 ends.

you have to learn another trick... CSA is one thing.. those chaps at the shop floor is another that you need to get to know. why don't you get a loaner car from them and tell them to take their time to fix the car until satisfactory?

Already got the loaner car. But its nowhere close to my own car...
I got to speak to the shop floor people too. None can explain what was wrong. They're swapping components one by one. What's irritating me is that they don't keep spare parts. Every component they try needs at least a week or more to arrive. :(
