Re: 630i or 650i

Good experience? You must be seriously kidding me right?

What are your friends driving? Cough...ahem...don't want to name any brands here.

What the 630i makes up for the lack of power is a lighter weight block hence I believe it would be more superior over the 650i in terms of agility. The 650i has 30 odd more ponies but you've got to live with a chunky-arsed V8 right at the front. I'm a sucker for V8s so I went for the 650i. Waited over a year for it, in fact I upgraded my order from a late model 645ci Cab to a 650i Cab equipped with the lot (i.e. pickles, onions, olives, peppers, etc.) and SMG. Both 630i and the 650i are sublime GTs. I love mine and I have to say, after driving a C4S in the States for 2 years, the 650i was a refreshing change. It's got enough ponies to make your heart skip a beat, enough electronic assistance to prevent skid mark incidents in your undies, and comfort + elegance which to me is very important. It's time to switch over my friend. You won't miss your current rides. But be warned, petrol expenses are going to kill you cuz you'll start to take the long road home...in fact, to anywhere.

Good luck finding your new ride.

Re: 630i or 650i

just get a 645i, charged it up properly, and u can tail an M6 easily... 650i..nice GT cruiser lor.. nose heavy car.. on normal roads, ok.. go track... finished...
a 2 year old 645ci, u prob can get around S$230K, which is good value...
no need for 650i la.. there's alot of tuning options for the 645i... cheaper to mod... :D
