730LI 2014 Reliability

Hi Guys

I was offered a F02 2014 with 41k miles on it. It is demo car from showroom with no warranty left. They showed me list of items replaced brandnew. Please help me following:

1. Is this model reliable? I have heard abt lots of horrors of E65-66.

2. Have any one seen this model running 200-300k miles?

3. When coming to 100.000km major repaire, what would I need to replace?

4. What are common issues of this model?

You'll face hefty repair bills when your air suspension goes and there are already cars with reports of gearbox issues, although the 8 speed is much better than then old 6 speed ZF box. Many 2009/10 F02 are having ECU issues too. Other than that i'll be normal wear and tear items.
