Anyone has an idea of the indicative price of a used 1 yr old turbo?

SA's price (brand new) is prohibitively expensive

In normal mkt with long wait list, it's typically 15-17% off new price..
In sick mkt like today, u squeeze more..naturally.

assuming show room specs, SA unit with no more than 5,000 miles. prob abt 500 - 520.

if its PI, harder to put a price tag on it

for turbos, not so affected by PIs unlike the cayman and boxster. so value still hold relatively well.

Why not check with First Automobile if this is still available? OMV slightly lower than a 1-year old 997 Turbo from SA (180k as opposed to about 200k), but I think the much lower price should more than make up for it... Unless you must have a SA car!

I forgot to add. Its either manual or PDK. Tip is a serious compromise

For turbos, tips are actually faster than stick at least from 0 to 60.

PDK is not available yet for 997 Turbo.
Facelifted 997 Turbo will be mated with PDK and likely launch date shld be Q4 2009 or Q1 2010.
