New owner Q - why FC low ......

Answer - must be last time up kerb and wall a few time so fuel tank spoil. Next time before buy car, ask dealer for ciggi, light it up then check vehicle. Insist dealer be next to you. Watch his reaction .......

But there will be suckers who buy such cars and then come to forum say his dashboard creaking or wheels wobbly and ask where is a good BMW workshop, to which ac323 will come in to say roofless rocks...cheeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrsssssssss

Thats why u can never be a salesman. You say "as is condition", str8 away potential buyers will smell a whole carton of fish.

As a star salesman, I would merely state in the S&P agreement:

"Condition of car: Groomed once a week, excellent paintwork and brand new rims/tyres"

As a star salesman, I would merely state in the S&P agreement:

"Condition of car: Groomed once a week, excellent paintwork and brand new rims/tyres"

if owner finds out car was involved in accident.... is there any recourse? any refund?

no, subject to an express condition that you do not want an accident car, an accident car does not render it unusable, just like arsenal62's accident face does not make him a bad person.

WTB E92/93 320i engine to swap with sart sart E92 M3 S65 4.0l engine......

FC would not be something I would worry about after the engine swap....
