I cant tell the condition of the car. you have to go test it.
But you are aware that the depreciation is about 15600 a year?
I think his 7 years is based on the fact that There is no residual PARF value since it is an imported car.

thanks for the heads up.
i went to have a look at the car.. condition is really good and STA inspect gave b for all cat.. if my plan was to drive it till the end of COE its going to be fine right?
the only problem will be when i want to sell the car?

Common problem on the e85.. The roof mechinics are not well designed. The plastics containers that are supposed to keep the water out has joins that allows water and vapour to enter so in the long run it will corrode the lifting motor and hydraulics. Once you notice that your roof lifting is not as fast its first signs of the failure happening.

The FL Z4s have the pumps lined to prevent water from going in.

I bring it to those car wash but not petrol kiosk type.. Still they use the strong jets.. But I spray BMW impregnating spray to protect the top.
