Advice needed on used Porsche 911

Dear bros and sis,
Would appreciate your kind advice on the following three 911s. As they are used rides, the most important concerns are the reliability of the engine and gearbox, past known problem of these models, etc.

911 Carrera 4S PDK

I think the amount of wear n tear will be similar to our beemers. Just be prepared that it will be more difficult to find spare parts and that there aren't many P-stockist around, with the price of parts matching those of ///M cars.

That's my valid excuse for sticking to my non-///M beemers.

997.2 should be quite reliable compared to the 997.1 plagued with the RMS and IMS issue. GTS btw is a single bolt wheel compared to the others. Aside from that, I see all of them have the PDK buttons instead of pedals, personal preference. But I've read about some water and fuel pumps going kaput way too fast. Aside from that should be ok.
