No that was a sprint booster.. Gracie apparently found a Velocity unit that fell from the sky.

Is there a specific spot and what time I need to be there when these things fall from the sky?

Haha bro, go for ECU tuning la.. very nice. As for where to stand, but ask Gracie la.. I stand all day also never got velocity fall in front of me.
