I have H&R springs on my F10 and bodykit. i can hear scrapping over some large humps. small humps, the rebounce will surely hit thebottom if humps are those small but taller one unless u drive reallyslow. IMO, if you have bodykit, use coilovers ....if your car is standard, u can lower with springs but u have to be really really slow over small humps. A lowering spring around 20mm would be just nice but H&R is about 30mm.

If you do not have bodykit it should be ok but just go very slow over those small tall humps. I scrapped my car bottom over the large one just outside my condo even when Im alone in the car. Ihv 20" staggared wheel as well. The F10 wheelbase is too long to be loered toomuch. I sweat everytime I see humps that I just put my original springs back with those rebounce spacers. with the bodykit lets hope it does not look too bad as it is lower
