Advise on f10 528i front lower arm

Hi guys, just wana ask if anyone replace f10 front lower arms (2 arms on each side) bushing before or need to replace with the whole arms assembly ?

Mine is having worn bushing issues thats quite irritating during braking etc.. hence seeking advise on the above..

Just change the bushing, dun need to change the whole arm. But it all depends on whether yourshop will help you save unnecessary expenses.

Your workshop should be able to arrange it.
Or you can you can try checking with Eng Soon or Golden Link.

Have been to e.s to get 4pieces new arms with bushings at a more reasonable price than quote by workshop..

Front control arm is able to press replace the rubber bushing if the ball joint is not worn.

I’ve this rattling sound which I thought could be my front right suspension but I just change it and there is this rattling noise if I am driving slowly or go over a hump and it’s iritating. Could it be a worn bush or lower arm? Don’t want to spend much as I am changing car in a couple of months.

Hard to speculate and diagnose with just that. Would recommend that you go to your trusted workshop to have it checked out. However, if you are worried that this will impact your sale of car - then might want to spend the money to get it fixed so you can sell it in peace.
