AFE Power Air Filter for E60

Just DIY installed AFE Air Filter for E60. (bought it over ebay for less than $500) as compared to GruppeM airfilter costs $2350.

Together with Supersprint end can Exhaust the sound is really nice and throttle response together with ECU reflash and Sprintbooster really makes the E60 comes alive ! Enjoying it !

Is there an outlet linked from front bumper so cold air can go to the air filter compartment ?

As cant see from the pic

Actually the stock vehicle bumper already has an air outlet from the front of the bumper to original air filter housing so no need any further modifications or air scoops.

Luckily insulation is good, otherwise, if window is down, yes, it is loud !
