Air sounds when accelerating

Hi, I am testing a resale 740Li. I notice there is a sharp hissing sound when accelerating.
The agent says its the turbo. Is that normal?

Its a Yr 2010, 740Li. The sound is a little like those Subaru WRX make when they changing gears e.g. Psst....Psst....Psst. Very sharp and short. Only during acceleration/upshift I think.
