Aircon still on while engine is off!!

Someone please help? My air con still on when I shut off my engine. What is happening?

Haha. Car pretended to be smart , but yes, aircon blower was really strong, until I realizes it went out of control.. Finally stopped blowing. Hope it doesn't recur... Called up tan lim motors they say 'hohoho' wiring problem. Headache..

First time I heard of this. You should send back to PML....or some other workshop if your car is out of warranty. But please make sure you can show the same malfunction again. Otherwise, when they surround you, you off engine, then aircon also switch off like no problem at all....then everybody will stare at you and say "what?"

If the blower continues to run, I'm sure my batt will all drained off.. Lucky stopped liao. Hope it doesn't goes haywire again

Your aircon can run without engine running is a good sign. All car manufacturers would want to learn from you .

I thought there was a setting which allows us to on the air-con at a specific time? Maybe there is also a similar feature which delay the air-con switching off?

Knn 2 pages and all talking cock...

It's the Final Stage Resistor failing..or BMW calls it Blower Motor Resistor. Just get it changed, not very expensive
