Any complication of tuning up F30?

Hi team,

Thinking of tuning up my stock 2017 318i. However, i am worried about any complication after doing it like
1. Adverse impact to fuel efficiency (like drop from 11km/Litre to 8km/Litre)
2. Knocking of Engine
3. Transmission becomes rougher
4. Need more frequent servicing and also consistent tuning to maintain optimal engine performance which translate to cost
5. No longer able to pump 95Ron petrol
6. Engine will not respond as well after something due to more loading

Last but not least, where can i get a reliable and skilled workshop to get it done if all the above are just a myth? and how much is it to get a get a spendid tuning done?

Regards

Just get JB4...

cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeers

Stick to stock and step on the throttle harder or Spend the money on good petrol and maintenance instead.

No point tune up to 300+ hp or whatever and then don't max the car out on a daily basis or have it leaking all over the place and not performing as it should.

But to answer your questions above:
Yes If you tune your car you have to service it more as parts WILL wear out faster. So yes that more $ there.
Yes if you tune your car you're fuel consumption will be worse more hp = more petrol thats just physics and a fact of driving.
Yes if you tune your car your transmission will wear out faster as it was only built to withstand xxxx amount of torque coming from your engine.
Yes if you tune your car to run 98ron you risk pre detonation if you run your car hard on 95ron
Yes if you get a lousy cheap tuner knock is a possibility and eventual engine damage.
