Bro, until today, I haven't even seen JACK since I paid the deposit. If this weren't PML, I'd be worried that I'd been done a 419 by the Nigerians

Anyway, I'm heading down to PML on Thursday afternoon to settle loan/insurance details, so I'll press & squeeze & pray for some answers (and service vouchers).
