alan will ceramic pads work on steel rotors? how do they wear? n are they a lot more expensive. finally is it full ceramic or do they hv some bits ceramic compound only.

hurhur... i really dunno. i got them but have yet to install. need to know the answer also.

From what i read on the box, Ultimate pads are with ceramic compound but the ULT pads are full ceramic pads ??

Will prob put it on by next week...

Me using EBC Red Stuff Ceramic for the front rotors, brake feel is good and very easy to modulate. If you need more stopping power just step harder. Quite a nice feel to it.

Piggy, let us know about the bendix ceramics.

By right, u shud hv got the ULT for the front and not the rear as the front brake is usually alot hotter.

the Axxis Ultimate has both Kevlar and ceramic compounds....similar mixture known to be used in the PCCB I think.

So have had installed the Bendix Ultimate pads for the front for already 2 weeks. All is fine. No squealing sound.
But I couldn't say that the brake dust is lesser than stock pad. Seemed about the same, at least I had to spend same amount of efforts to wash the front and the rear rims (still on stock pads) during today's car wash.
