uhm.... whats the point of writing reviews on a workshop that isn't a site sponsor??
might as well give FR on autobacs oil change, stamford tyres, closed down liao star black, etc etc.....

Agreed!....information sharing for the good of all....in fact site sponsor should be more than happy to hear about other workshop reviews to better improve their service.
anyway, i did my first servicing at M&Q. I find them very Knowleadge, friendly and personalised service. Price is reasonable. They even opened a service case file for my car. Both owners , Mr And and Chia, drives BWMs themselves. In fact, they day i went, Chia was testing a new engine oil on his own car..."must test before i sell la" he told me.

I actually like Mr Ang. Very friendly and accomodating. Somethings he does FOC like checking he did on my previous E60 rear brake lights wiring..took him like 20mins to attach and shoulder some loose wirings...and when I took out my wallet, he said "NO NEED. go PML to seek warranty claims for faulty wiring...I just do temporary solution for you now, can tahan 1-2 months"..
Or maybe cos I hamsum

Been sending my e90 to Mr Ang for last two servicing.
Fix several minor issues through them so far, eg water leaks, brakes and some engine noise troubleshooting so they are definitely competent.
You will see jap makes alongside e36, e60, e90 or even some nice mercs alongside your car.
Honest guys that knows bmw with very reasonable charges so far (they don't markup alot on parts)
