U can actually costomize the body kit.. I think most workshop which sell body kit should be able to do that..

I think you need to open the front door then go in to unlatch the rear door from inside.

I saw a few Honda civis actually uses carbon fiber sticker to cover the whole rear door handle (to look like coupe) but have to open from inside
