Anyone to help recommend workshops to replace interior parts? Help

My f10 is having multiple issues with the interior parts. The radio buttons, start/stop button are all peeling off. WTF! It makes my driving experience bad Everyday just looking at it. Any kinds bros out there got reputable workshops that does the replacement for these parts? Appreciate all the advice!

Consider going to ENG soon to get the parts.
And specialist workshops to fix.

Else’s go pml.
The buttons Are called set caps etc.

Frankly I avoid using external Cleaners from touching cleaning the interior.
The chemicals may destroy the plastics.

Use BMW products.

Can try Eng Soon or IGN. I usually go to accessories / car audio shops to fix. They are more familiar with interior plastic parts.
