Audio aux disappeared and USB not working!

Hi Guys,

I realized in the last couple of weeks, my aux option has vanished and when I pop in my thumb drive with music in it (I've used it before), the USB option just says "--".

Nothing has been done to the car except installing a Bluetooth car kit over a year ago. Last major thing that occurred was the car oddly stalled when I was reversing into a parking lot about a month ago.

My ride is a 2009 FL 320 and it's 1.5 years old.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Since your car is still under warranty, why not bring back to PML to check? Mine has the same problem as yours as the icon for the CD changer vanished .

Car will be heading in for servicing tomorrow and will get them to check on the Aux and USB ports failure.

Apparently, it'll take them one day for servicing and another to rectify the audio issue. *sigh*

I got similar issue on the USB thumb drive port. But if you restart the engine, sometimes the USB port can be identified again. It is working fine for me now after one or two day's failure..strange enough...
