Auto transmission problem

Hi fellow forum bros,

I own a e3f and I'm relatively new to driving. Recently, as I drive, when my ride increases speed or when braking, whenever it changes gear automatically, there's a jerk. It is an on and off thing. What could be the problem? Please advise.

common problem with all beemers' auto trans......change atf....reprogram trans software....that might help a little

what's your mileage? have you replaced ATF before?
