This have to depend on wind direction liao lor. But, I still say that the psf of the condo is far too high. Not worth it leh.

bro...u think price is too high then when it will go low or how much then consider low and reasonable? 5 yrs ago i buy my 4rm HDB flat for 177k (1st Hand premium type) now i dun think u can find this kind of price for new 4rm HDB flat.. at least HDB selling price from almost 300k...i think u can wait for 1st hand HDB price to drop to 200k then u buy...hahahaha..bro dun forget abt inflation...when i pass my driving licence 14yrs ago..1 full tank petrol only $30+ $40..

bro now mt vernon become only palour and thats for temp only..in yrs to come when spore land become lesser will demolish.....i think u can go URA building to see blueprint for wats coming up in all singapore areas...

went to look see look see, overpriced..... noticed there is an indian temple with a boys' home next to it also..... there r a lot of launches recently n there will be even more coming up, guess it'll wiser if u aim properly before u shoot. not saying that this is a bad choice, but think cooling measures is working slowly.....

So during launch already 18%? Did your friend enjoy the discount then? Maybe he not staying nearby so don't have district discount or move closer discount?

But still, I saw the pricing page PRICING | Bartley Residences and like not bad leh.. Not forgetting it's near to MRT and some of the good schools.
