Battery changed after running flat.. Getting various warning messages

Hi Guys,
Appreciate if someone can help me understand how to get rid of this error.

I was out of SG for 2 weeks and when I came back my car battery was flat.
No choice... Had to get a replacement sent. But during installation the technician told me that he could not save the "memory" config.

So now all my warning lights will flash, like tyre pressure system failure, drive moderately error, drive stabilisation error.

He told me this needs a reset but could not manage to do it(frankly he did not know the correct procedure)

Any of you have faced the same problem? And how did you get rid of it? Can DIY this without going to mechanic?
