Bedok Reservoir Developments

Hi, recently there are a lot of Developements around Bedok Reservoir on top of the existing ones like Bay Water, Aquarius By the Park, Clearwater. The Bedok Reservoir MRT will be completed in 2014.

Do you think the prices there will keep going up? Old n New

yes there is a new condo coming call suicide bay. a platform to the other world.

fantastic view. excellent for dead people watching. fish feeding. water activities. excellent dive site.
Beautiful natural greenery. Upgrade to supernatural surrounding at no cost!

suicide bay will be next to rest in peace park. there will be yatch club call 'fish da bodies'.....currently hving promotion. one arm xchange for chicken wing. one leg for chicken thigh.

Night Safari banned Halloween? No worries. Bedok has plenty of attractions. its halloween all year round.

bedok nice place....can go bedok fengshan makan bak chor mee and kembangan makan ter kua mee sua.
can go ubi, changi....good for ppl who likes east but not so changi/pasir ris east that kind
its like old school neighbourhood with easy access to lotsa amenities, ie mature estates which should hold it price well and rise some more.
only cons is the floaters, best is not too near to the reservoir...be it superstition or whatever cos it will definitely affect your property price

Yeah very good location, near big Sheng Shiong with lotsa parking, NTUC beside Sheng Shiong, near Tampines Mall/TM1/Century Sq. Tampines Ave 4 hawker Zi Cha damn nice.

I beg to differ. The entire stretch of residential estate is served only by the Bedok Reservoir Rd. its a big time bottle-neck to me. As for the MRT, very dependent on where the exits are. But I would not get any thing there for years to come due to all the recent bad publicity. Buy at your own risk ya.....

Stayed there few years already, no bottle-neck before, and many times I drive 100km/h on that road. I think thats because PIE entrances all are close together, Bedok Nth, Bedok Reservoir, Bedok Ave 3. Tampines, so everyone gets to PIE from their own area.

Btw, are all the Waterfront projects (Gold, Isle, Key) there lease hold? Before getting my current unit, I was there once a few yrs back (Waterfront Waves I tink ) . When it was revealed to us that it was LH, we immediately loose interest. Kaozz...no MRT station in sight / walking distance, connectivity so-so....still market as LH ??

Dont get me wrong, I got nothing against LH, infact my current development is also LH.....just cant fathom why would ppl take up those units then....plus the fact we know that there will be more projects coming up then, all the more we are put off.....but that just me, not to offend anyone staying projects at BR. Peace out

Yup. We were told that a few yrs back. Concern then was, wher exactly r e stn / exits? If its a few bus stop away, we felt its effect will b watered down. Oso, back then, we were told mrt wil b ready in 2014/15...we were like....wa, so far away ah.... Its stil a long wait fr now till then.... Tats our thought process then.... Stil stand till present...

The station and exits plan are out already I think, one of which is behind Bay Water, opposite Clearwater. Construction in on going. Think you can relook at that area, things are looking good

i stay at the Tropica.

area is good and prices have been going up but i love staying here so leaving is not on the cards.

only challenge is tampines ave 1, it gets very crowded in the morning and i guess it will get worse...

Yeah me and my wife love our area too, nice deco and layout of our place, only reason to move is hoping to get a penthouse or one with big patio or a bigger balcony, bigger kitchen.
