You seems veri optimistic but tis is human lives we r tokin abt here ....not like 6 birds / cats...
And since we r in the topic of development, tis spate of incident will definitely affect the valuation.

A simple test wld be ...given a choice, wld you get any property ther right now? I noe i wld not, at least for the nxt few yrs to come.....peace out
