AV is still active in closing down zhang jui operators. Members in SBF are very cautious in sharing lobang due to this reason. Actually you can consider $150 in GL. Below is a summary for your reference.

Zhang jui: Pro --> Have hot & cold pool (not many operators have proper pool).
Can makan snacks after zhang jui.

Con --> Entrance fee range from $35 - $60 and $100 - $120 for "wrestling" fee.
(total around $150). What you get? At times (or most of the time) you
get "piano" type of massage. Near the end of the massage then you get to
play "wrestling." Most of the time the opponent cannot "fight" well.

GL: Pro --> Service staff go for monthly medical checkup.
For $150 you get top notch service from the moment you step into the shower area.

Con --> No pool & suana.
No free food. Can eat bar chor mee at the coffee shop along the main road.
