s5 definitely. currrent 6 series been out for a while plus the s5 looks much better imo.

Difficult question....

S5 - newer, rare, unique.

630 - swee though out in the market for quite sometime already, not as rare as S5. But still, it's a bimmer. still my dream car.

So I think just follow your heart. See which car makes your heart beats faster. That should be the one.
