If hoot the living daylights out of the kidnapper without using weapon, what is the maximum penalty?

u can argue its citizen's arrest and that you saw him try to take out a knife to stab u, so fearing for ur life, u had to hoot him and becos u seldom fight, u dunno when to stop and based on movies u watched, u can continue to hoot cos those in movies never seem to die

Youth issues in UK is only getting worse.
There are plenty of people living of the govt for benefits and in parts of UK, young people dont give a "s**t about their own and blame everything to the govt.

2 years back while I was still there, there was a headline that storm the nation stating a 13 year old fathering a kid with a 15 year old girl.
The fact is, the girl arent even sure he is the actual biological father as two other teens age 14 or somesort claims they are the father.

I wont be surprise that these kinda of news gonna keep happening over there...

although low crime does not mean no crime, but crime rate has been creeping up in spore lately

What If the perpetrator / kidnapper turns around and say....oh...mistaken identity....did not know i have wrong kid and then counter sues or press charges for being hun tiam....how?????

This is what I rec'd from an Audi salesperson.

"alert for all parents in Spore esp d ones residing in eastern part (Tampines, Pasir Ris n Simei) - 2 recent kidnapped cases just reported this morning. A primary 3 boy from Griffiths Pri School at Tamp st 22 was last seen walking with a Chinese man seems a PRC guy around 7 am in d morning of 29 th Mar. He was lured away just as he was about to enter school compound. He is untraceable till this moment.
Another case reported in Tampines too, a school girl was dragged n pushed into a white van by a Chinese lady also seems to be PRC citizen. She was kidnapped just before she enter her child care centre this morning. Few road block are spotted along Tampines twds expressway n roads. Pls take care n b alert on our childrens whereabout. Spread d MSG."

PRC has moved from china and bring all their cheating and bad skills over to Singapore now!! That's why our PAP accept them cos they have skills as well!!! I believe all those kidnapping and cheating case is all syndicates!! Singaporean beware!!!
