I think "justice" is too strong a word to be applicable here.
I understand your intention, but issues involving legality are best left to the authorities. Posting in the relevant forums will likely invoke neutral responses, especially when the subject might not even belong here or could not be bothered to reply. At the end, it COULD well appear to be one-sided story to many forummers here. Just my feel.
To draw a parallel, we have seen so many reckless driving on the road everyday, and if we have to exercise a right or initiative to see to justice served, there will be lots of verbal sparrings involved, which will not help on the issue at hand. What should I do? Hope that justice is done to the perpetrators.
Granted, your intention is very different from those STOMPERs, who typically exercise their "civic righteous" attitudes in posting violations or unacceptable behaviours. But the end results from the responses are emotional flamings and marque bashings, which are neither relevant nor constructive to the resolution, if any, to the issue at all. I am sure you do not want the episode to escalate to that extent.
