I feel that in terms of recording quality, the Blackvue units are quite good, but reliabilty is still suspect. I started using Blackvue DR400 on my previous car, the lenses fogged up within 6 months due to the heat. Afterwards, changed to the DR400-II, which was supposed to have better heat durability performance, but end up also kaput in less than a year.
On my current ride, I installed the DR380 at the rear, and DR500 for the front. The DR500 can still record clear images, but less than 9 months after install, the GPS is not functional, the date/time cannot be updated, the wifi cannot connect....and the unit feels hot as fxxk when in operation.
I am just waiting for the right time to dump these units to get better camera models...

I just discovered my DR500's GPS also went Kaput in less than 6 months. My DR400 still working, the trouble is that it fogs up and needs cleaning every few months. I think I will dump my Blackvues and buy something much more reliable.

My Itronics ITB100HD is working well and good for the last 2 years.....

I got mine from G mart. Installed in a workshop. But if u want some service and support, I think that's a guy in sgcarmart selling with warranty n customer service.

I've been using the DR550GW 2CH with Power box pro.

So far been good.
