Hey all, I am not sure if the info I got is right for the new 328i
Basically, the versions here is again disappointing. For the list price, there will be no iDrive, the parking sensor functionalities that is something available in Europe is once again not available. It seems PML has stripped the accessories and add ons to reduce the tax for the stock cars and then not bothered to at least assemble it on arrival in singapore?
Personally I love the feel of a BMW and the pleasure is in the comfort as well as the features. But PML seems to be spoiling the show by maximising their selfish interests?
If this is true, I will just switch to an Audi in my next car...

328i no idrive? i'm not surprised at all.
after driving 320i with no idrive ... when i look at a4 1.8 also got swee swee MMi ... feel sibei sian.

Ya loh I agree, until last year, I have always felt BMW is better, but the newer Audi's are increasingly focused on the drive comfort and the features are getting much better.
My friend tells me it is not a BMW issue but rather PML here trying to maximise profits. Features like iDrive does not cost 10k - 20k in Europe. A 3 series is like sub 35k EUR car so it is obnoxius to price accessories like that here. According to him, it's because the cars are stripped down so the taxes are much lower to declare or something. I am not an expert but I think if no iDrive or have to pay extra, I go straight to Audi showrooms in the near future liow lah... SIANZ!

328i got i-drive and parking sensor.........who told you there isn't??? did you go for the launch?
Even the 320i comes with i-drive, GPS and reverse sensor.........
maybe you should pay PML a visit to check-it-out first........

i have seen tomace car ... alpine white too
all earlier batches no idrive ... sibei lame
during my batch 323/325 also no idrive ... must go to 335 and i cannot afford
