Bro,
U shd not consider renting out. I think renting wld be illegal under your HP contract and there wld be plenty of implications when the guy who rent from u get involved in a traffic accident. U can get into more trouble than the guy who rent from u.
U shd either sell or expressly authorise someone (who is then driving under your insurer's coverage) to drive the car if you do not need the car for a while.

Bro, Thks for the reply. But don't they hv any kinda system to protect us ? Like asking lawyer to act on these issues, drafting out contract or whatever?

Yah, i love my car but u know.. i'm thinking of covering cost for the car rather than letting it sit in the carpk. Its true, i nvr know what might happen so i thinking of ways to safeguard.
