A driver of a Lexus has apparently been charged for three counts of traffic offences after he was caught on video knocking into a stationary vehicle before fleeing the scene.

In a 29-second video that was uploaded onto facebook by the owner of the parked car, a maroon Lexus can be seen reversing straight into the stationary vehicle, causing an impact so great that the damaged car's security alarm was set off.
