Certainly an eye opener! Guess the M6 pulled away from the M5 because it's lighter. What's the difference between the two in terms of torque?

M5 and M6 shld be sharing the same engines. Like SL2 said, M6 is lighter than M5 like its Carbon Fibre roof.

nothing some intake exhaust and ecu tuning cant solve.

understand its less than 150kg....but suspension n unsprung weight...contributed to a lot of the performance difference.the rims alone r 1.8kg less per wheel.

another factor is aerodynamics. perhaps M6 has lower CD.
