Brake combo - Zimmerman discs + Bendix Ultimate pads

Time to replace all discs and pads on my ride...

I was recommended tZimmerman discs + Bendix Ultimate pads as a winning combo, being effectively better than stock, and very cost effective.

Anyone on this combo now - can share your opinions after using it? I heard that while you get better braking with lower dust than stock, there is a compromise on squealing...

a big NO NO! i used that and it sucked. ur car will sound like a lorry. get brembo slotted rotors with pagid pads. u wont go wrong with that.

I used this combo for my fronts for several months before upgrading. No squealing at all. Not sure why elmariachi had this problem. The setup is now on another forumer's car and still no squealing and he's very happy with it.

As for dust, not really much less than stock.

Thumbs-up for the pads, but it gives same (if not more) dust than stock. Didn't use the same set of rotors, so can't really comment there.

Just wondering if you change rotors and pads to after market ones, do we need to change the Calipers as well or the original ones can be used??

oh thanks... mine is due for a change too... PML quoted me 900+ for the oem rotors... How much are we looking at for these after market ones??

i got my Brembo Sport drilled at $310 with installation

hmm... just wondering, what other options do we have for the rears? Brembo dont have the ones for the rear issit?? isn't there brake bias with improved front only?
